There are many good characters restaurants at Disney World, such as Cinderella’s Castle and Chef Mickey‘s; however, 1900 Park Fare is definitely worth a visit mainly because characters act out stories. When kids see Winnie the Pooh and his friends at the restaurant talking to one another, they always have a huge smile on their faces. Besides the characters, the food is also great; the staff serves delicious dishes during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Most people, however, usually visit during breakfast hours generally because the breakfast menu is fantastic. Overall, 1900 Park Fare is nice place for kids and grownups; kids absolutely love the character, and grownups absolutely enjoy eating the food.
1900 Park Fare is very popular spot, and because of this, a reservation will definitely be needed in advance. To get a table, you will have to call and reserved one at least 60 days before your visit.
The food at the restaurant is outstanding because there is something for everyone. The menu contains American food, Chinese food, Spanish food, French food, and Italian food. The prices of the dishes, however, are not cheap at all, but the good thing is that everything is worth its cost. Most families usually order things like turkey, ham, salad or dinner rolls during dinner; however, some individuals also order the restaurants more unique dishes as well. Out of all of the dishes, however, many people love the strawberry soup, so you should consider ordering it. As for desert, the most commonly ordered items are usually the cakes, ice creams, and cookies.
Many people visit 1900 Park Fare to order breakfast; it is generally offered as a buffet. The menu consists of tasty items like Mickey waffles, which are loved by kids, eggs, omelets, and more. The best thing about the breakfast buffet is that everything is filling and gives everyone plenty of energy to start the day.
Although the food is good, it is not the main draw, the characters are. Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Mary Poppins, and Cinderella are some of the usually characters that are seen at 1900 Park Fare quite often. Each character takes time to visit everyone’s table to chat; they talk about interesting things like their trip to the restaurant. Kids love interacting with the characters because they act just like their film counterparts. For example, Cinderella’s stepmother will visits guests’ tables and tell them that she guesses she has to take a picture, even though she does not want to. Cinderella also tries to make an appearance, but each time she does, her stepsisters will tell her that she has to clean the kitchen. Cinderella, however, does actually get to spend time in the dinning area, and she even gets to dance with Prince Charming. During the entire dance, Cinderella’s stepmother does not look happy; things like this really make dinning at 1900 Park Fare a unique experience.
1900 Park Fare is definitely worth a visit if you plan to spend time at Disney World with kids because the food is great and the entertainment too.
